I’m blessed to be based in Portland, Maine, but am available for travel worldwide and have photographed weddings from Maine to California. Rates for wedding photography - which include complete coverage, digital negatives with reprinting rights, travel within 100 miles of Portland (weddings beyond this area welcomed, but may incur a slight travel fee), an online password-protected viewing/ordering gallery and a web-based slideshow of the day’s highlights- begins at $3350. As always, I am happy to completely customize a collection for you that best suits the specifics of the day and your desires for its photographic coverage. I also gladly accept other photography assignments, including portraits and editorial work.

For the convenience of my couples (many who live outside of New England), I offer completely paperless online booking and payment. Contact me using my website's “Connect” page to be sent a complete pricing prospectus. Once received, you can begin the booking process by selecting the collection of your choosing and securing your date with a signed contract and retainer, or contact me to create a custom collection based on our base package in combination with our a la carte options which includes albums, a second photographer, image canvasses, prints, cards, engagement sessions, rehearsal dinner coverage and much more.

Once a wedding is booked, I work closely with my clients through in-person, phone or email consultations to get a better understanding of their relationship, their vision for their wedding day and their imagery expectations. As a result, when the wedding day arrives, we greet each other like close friends and this comfort is captured in the images. I typically arrive several hours before the ceremony to photograph the bridal preparations and stays through the end of the evening’s celebration. I work with professional Nikon camera bodies, lenses and flashes, and of course carry backup equipment (including extra AA batteries for your friends and family who run out).

Select images from the day are posted on the Samantha Warren Weddings blog and the finished proofs, a highlights slideshow and an album proof are online usually within two weeks.
